I work with leaders and their teams when they face a major challenge no one has met before. I design and run your off-site retreats, coached workshops and tailor-made training — face to face, online or on foot. In French, English and German.
Doing things differently
Most struggling teams just do a little more of what isn't working.
More meetings, more reporting, more pressure. If you want different results, you have to do things differently. That is the very essence of coaching: nobody calls in a coach to do the same thing again.
The usual approach
A two-day course from a catalogue, a slide deck, a consultant who arrives with the answer. Everyone leaves fired up in the evening, and on Monday it all starts again.
Mine
Tailor-made, built on your real situation. Your teams experience the tools instead of listening to a talk about them, and everyone leaves with one small, concrete step to take that same afternoon. I often tackle the problem from the other end: relevant, sometimes irreverent.

Off-site retreat
Your leadership team leaves the office for one or two days. Team coaching indoors, outdoors and on foot: we gain perspective, quite literally, to decide what really matters.
For: executive committees, leadership teams.
Management culture transformation
A tailor-made programme for anywhere from 12 to over 400 managers. We start from your reality (staff turnover, an audit, a new strategy), not from a catalogue: the training is designed for your organisation.
For: senior leadership and HR, manager networks.
Hands-on leadership workshop
Half a day or a full day, online or on site, focused on one specific challenge: engaging people, re-energising a team, deciding together, leading a remote team. You leave with actions, not slides.
For: managers of managers, SME leaders.
One-to-one executive coaching
Online, in person, in the countryside or on foot. For a new role, an unprecedented challenge, a multicultural or dispersed team, or to become a leader-coach yourself.
For: executives, managers stepping into a new role.

Where I come from
Engineer, director, then coach.
I earned my engineering degree in Germany, led engineering teams and then worked as a senior executive in German- and French-speaking Switzerland, for global leaders in pharma, chemicals and tech. There I learned a style of leadership that trusts people and gives them responsibility, along with the authority that goes with it.
